Saving JPG

For some reason, in the last couple of week when I try to save an
image from the internet it is alway save as BMP, instead as JPG, and
in the combo box of the save as windows jpg is not listed as an
option just the BMP, any ideas.

Basically, you need to clean up your temporary Internet files.

Delete the temporary internet files in IE | Tools | Internet Options |
General tab | Temporary internet files | delete files | also put a tic
mark in Delete all offline content.
