Saving jpegs

When I right-click on a jpeg (or gif) to save it, I'm not
given the option to Save As File...jepg--can only be
saved as ART or BITMAP. Is this a problem with Windows,
or AOL? And how can it be rectified?

Delete your cookies and temporary internet files and

that will solve your problem. Do it each time before
shutting down your PC!

What kind of an answer is this? "Delete your cookies and temporary internet

If you can't tell a person how to do this, why bother.

Enough stupid answers from you, we need all the help we can get to help
people who have little experience with computers get started.
If I have never worked on a computer before and I get your answer, do you
think I would know how to delete my Internet Temporary files?
I am new to this, don't tell me to delete my temporary files. Tell me how to
delete them and tell me why I should delete them! If you don't want to help
a person who is "new to this" why don't you spend your time in a chat room
somewhere.
