saving file without corrections

Dear Users,

I cannot get rid of corrections and deleted parts in a Word file. Clicking
on Markup in View menu a I could clean the file and print it out. However,
when I try to save such clean version of the file I failed: Upon reopening
the file I see those deleted parts again.

I would much appreciate your help in dealing with this matter.
