Ok, so what I want to know, is if I have hundreds of objects grouped together
and I will no longer be needing to edit it, will I be able to save file space
if I save it as a .png and re-insert it?
thx

If they're hundreds of objects, it is likely that they are vector objects.
If you convert them to
a bitmap, you will likely get a very large increase in file size.
cheers

Thx and what about speed?
I am noticing extremly jerky animations, would .png do anything to this?

You could just check it out. You can cut and paste special as png which takes
no time at all.

If it doesn't help just undo with ctrl Z!
