Saving file as Icon

Hi:

I have a bmp file that I want to use as an Icon. How do I
convert it to an icon, so it will show up on my Links
toolbar?

One way to do it is to use the graphics viewer IrfanView, available free as
a download at
http://www.irfanview.com/

This program will allow you to load a BMP file, truncate it as needed, and
save it as an .ICO file

Resize the bmp to 32×32 and save it with a .ico extension.
