saving emails when reloading windows

Hi question I want to reinstall my Windows XP and Office
to clean up my computer but don't want to lose all email
is there any way to save them to access them after??

Hi

By reinstall to clean up your computer I assume you are
going to format the hard drive and reinstall. If that is
the case then you will have to save your pst file, if
your using Outlook, to cd and import the file to your
newly configured computer once you have Outlook
reinstalled.
