saving email in different folder

Hi, we have text based emails comin into our Exchange Server. These will
have a keyword within the Subject line. Is there anyway that we can
automatically route them to a folder on our server, and save them as a text
file?

Hello "SJ",

maybe you could create a script for that folder.
when a new item is arrived, you could check the subject and move / save the
Email.

or

you could create a "WebDav Application" that pulls the folder for new Items,
and do that with WebDav.
