Saving Document prompt when closing MS Word 2003

We all have the same version of MS Word 2003. Some people get prompted to
save the document before closing Word, others don't. How do I set it up to
ask in a prompt?
 
Word prompts to save if the document has been changed. That's automatic:
there's nothing to set up.
