Saving As Movie File

I keep trying to save this video I made as a movie file so I can upload it,
but it isn't working. :( Everytime I do try to save it as a movie file all
that happens is the number of minutes remaining just keeps increasing but the
percentage done stays at 0%. PLEASE someone help me. Maybe another way to
convert my video?
