saving animations

When I save graphics that come to me in Outlook, I can only save as a .bmp I
can't save animations at all. Others can save them on other computers. Is
there a setting I can change to be able to save animations that are emailed
to me?
 
Try this for starters.

Clean out your temp files folders and your TIF folder.
