Saving and veiwing pictures

Will Burgess

When browsing the net, I can see pictures fine, but
when I save them, I cant view them. It always says "no
preview availabe". I noticed that when saving, it only
gives me the option to save as an art file or bitmap, but
not the jpeg format, unlike other computers I have worked
with. So what is going on? please E-mail me at
(e-mail address removed) (I am having trouble even veiwing
the subjects on this forum) hopes this gets through and
any help would be greatly appreciated!
