I used to be able to save images from the internet as jpeg files. Now the
only option it gives me to save is Art or Bitmap?

Also when i try to copy and paste the image (from nonrestricted sites such
as google) to My Pictures it says No preview available.

Can someone tell me how i can fix this?

from teabug1: I am having the same problem; I have gone around it in a few circumstances by going to right click "save target as" then after that is saved in "pictures" I go back and try to save picture as" -- sometimes I can then save a jpg; but not always; it has been infuriating; I have tried to save in "Microsoft picture it", or "Windows viewer" but no luck; I am still trying to locate why this is happening;; other help from others???

If you are using AOL, you will need to set your Internet options to
turn off "compressed graphics".
