Saving a slide

I have created a slide with pictures and text and I want to set it as the
background on my desktop. One of the pictures came with animation as part of
it, the other picture I added custom animation to. Is there any way I can
save this and set it as my desktop background, complete with the animation?

That's good for creating a screensaver, but not quite what I'm looking for.
