Animations on Master Slide Template

Hi
Am trying to do a presentation with a background/Master template which has a
series of pictures/logos appearing on each slide as they're called up.
At the moment I have an animation sequence working on each slide so the
actual presentation can't begin until the last animation has been shown. I
it possible to fix the animation sequence on the master slide.
I have tried putting the animations on the master but then thye stop
running.
I'm a beginner so now sure if I'm expecting too much.

Hi Betty

First up, what version are you using? And I'm afraid it isn't clear to me
what you are trying to achieve and what issue are you having. Are you trying
to have a few logos appear by animation on every slide? So you have put them
on the master and animated them, but the animations don't work in slide show
view? Or are you talking about .gifs? If you could explain what you want it
to do, what it is actually doing and a step-by-step of what you have tried
so far I'm sure we can get you fixed up.

On a side note, I would have thought that having to wait for the same
animated logos to do their thing on every slide before the presenter can
start on the message of that slide would be annoying to the audience. But
that's just a personal opinion. And of course, I may have misinterpreted
what you are trying to do
