Grab the trial copy of SnagIt (
www.techsmith.com) and it's 'printer' driver
can be configured to output in a whole raft of graphics formats including
jpg and pdf.
Alternatively install the Microsoft Document Imaging, 'print' to its driver
(one page at a time) , then open the TIFF files in Windows Paint and save as
jpg.
Note jpg cannot span pages so you will need a file for each page of your
document.
