How can I save a 2007 word doc. as a jpeg or tiff?

Word creates Text-based files, jpeg and tiff are Graphics (picture) formats.
Although what you ask _can_ be done there may be a faster, easier, more
appropriate option - such as PDF. What is your actual objective?

The simplest way to save a Word document in any graphics format (including
TIFF, JPEG and PDF) is to use the 'printer' driver installed with SnagIt.
www.techsmith.com . There is a fully working demo.

My objective is to insert word documents into Autocad drawings and I believe
Autocad only allows me to insert jpegs and tiffs.
