Right click on the file and rename it giving it the appropriate extension.

We tried saving it as a word file but unfortunately this file will be
uploaded to the web and when trying to upload the file the content manager
that supports the website looks for the native file which is the file with no
extension. I did not create this file, so I'm interested as to how this
happened, any ideas?
