Save to DVD

Does anyone knows why some windows movie maker programs doesn't allow you to
save on a dvd? I've seen another pc and it had that option.thxs
 
it's only an option with a 2005 Media Center Edition of Windows XP.... and
then only if added on the computer by the OEM, as it's not part of Movie
Maker... but a plug-in to it.
