Save Target As . . .

I'm using MSIE 6.0.2800.1106.xpsp2.030422-1633 (I don't know if any of those
numbers will help diagnose my problem) and have the problem that when I
right-click on a link (for example, to a media file) the "Save Target As . .
.." option is grayed-out. How can I fix this?

Knowledge Base article has a couple of options for fixing the problem.
