Save/Restore Current Configuration

As I try to resolve a problem with what looks like something strange
happening between IE/OE and, potentially, SpamPal, I want to run some
utility that saves my current configuration and can restore it *without* a
reboot.

I can use IE like a champ after a reboot. If I run OE I will get DNS/Server
errors henceforth until I reboot.

I want to reboot, run IE, save my current confuguration, run OE, witness the
IE problem, restore the configuration and try IE again.

Any idea of a "bootless" save/restore utility?

Thanks!

Ross

No such think AFAIK.

Well, that's no help! :-).

Anything you can think of for saving and restoring "interrupt vectors" or at
least for viewing them or their equivalent?

(As an aside, Rock, are you the Rock I used to work with on
ComputingCentral?)

Oh well. You look just like him. Same height, too: about 10 points..........
