save POP accounts in Outlook 2003

How I save accounts in file .inf similar to outlook express ?

Also 3rd party program? wizard?

You can try using the Save My Settings Wizard from Office 2003. You can find
it on the Start Menu > All Programs > Microsoft Office > Office Tools menu
