Save my password

Often, when selecting a user name and password to gain
admittance into a site, Windows will ask "do you want
Windows to remember your password on this computer?".
I don't select "yes" until I am sure my info is correct.
My question is: how can I have Windows remember that info
once I have refused it's offering?
