Would it be possible to setup Windows to automatically save a file to two
drives at the same time? For instance, when a downloading is complete and
ready to save, a word document is edited/created, and others.

Thanks.

I don't believe there is any built in way to do that.

A very experienced programmer (driver developer) could write a filter driver
that would allow for this, but I'm not aware of any that exist to do this as
a product.

If you want to do just a backup, get a simple batch file that copies the
stuff saved in some data directory to a directory on another drive.
