save as pop up window in background

I am using Word 2000, and when I go to save the document
using "Save As", the save as pop up window ALWAYS goes to
the background instead of the foreground. I can only
access this window by clicking off word and then clicking
back onto word. Any ideas?

Disable the Office Plug-in in Norton AntiVirus.
