"Save As" Dialog Box

When saving JPG files from the internet, they default to JPEG. The "Save As"
Dialog Box does not display JPEG files, making it difficult to name group
files nor display thumbnails of such files. I would like to know if there is
a way to either keep JPGs as JPGs or enable the "Save As" Dialog Box to view
JPEG files.

Try clearing your TIF folder:

Internet Properties > Delete Files > select all offline content > OK > Apply

OK.

Reboot and test.
