Save As dialog box opens when SAVE button is clicked

Hi. I am trying to help someone with a Word XP SP3 problem. They say that
when they save a Word file, the Save As dialog box always opens, even if it
is a previously saved file and even if they click the SAVE button on the
toolbar. They are saving files to a network drive. I haven't been able to
locate any help files in the Knowledge Base or elsewhere concerning this.
Also, I couldn't find any Tools Menu Options that may be causing this. Any
suggestions?

There may be a macro present named FileSave that's forcing this. Or there
could be an Addin on the machine intefering.

Best way to test is to hold down the CTRL key when starting Word to go into
Safe Mode. Test whether the behavior persists. If it's gone, then you are
looking for a macro or an Add-in.
