customising save as

In the past I did a customization of Save AS... and Open File dialog box by
adding a specific location to save or open a file. The problem is that I
forgot how to do it again!

The answer depends very much on which version of Office and which version of
Windows you have.

If that doesn't help you, please reply and tell us both the Office version
