SASSER and Blue Screen of Death

Hi,

I have the SASSER virus, and while trying to get the patch and get rid
of the virus, my computer shutdown. However, now I can not reboot, as
I get a fatal error and the blue screen of death. I'm sure I am not
the only one to have
this issue. Any suggestions, I don't really want to loose everything
on my
computer.
