Blue screen of death

I was watching a movie (online) and suddenly had a blue screen of death.
Since then I've been getting it regularly. (i have not installed any new
device). It happens so fast that i can't read the details. once microsoft
diagnostics said it was a conflict with my anti-virus. i have removed my
norton 2008 internet security. i have used windows live one care to clean my
registry and scan my system for viruses. i still get the blue screen of death
when i'm working. if i start watching a program on abc.com or fox. com, i
also get the blue screen of death.

what do i do?

Could be a problem with one of your Add ons such as Adobe Flash Player, I
would go Tools > Manage Add-Ons and disable it or make sure you have the
latest version installed.

the last BSOD was while watching abc on firefox. i checked firefox and i
can't find the Adobe Flash Player in it. I found it in Internet Explorer.
I've also had this problem while watchin ABC using Internet Explorer.

I've also noticed that my system is always reporting something about
"windows host processor stopped". I started noticing this after BSOD started
occuring.

I would run an Anti-Virus scan on your system or try doing a System Restore
before you are started experiencing this problem.

thanks again for the reply.

i've run anti-virus, both AVG and Windows Live One Care but still getting
the problem. when i got the diagnostic that it was due to norton conflict, i
uninstalled norton and installed AVG. when i tried doing a system restore to
the time b4 the error started, i got a message that the system restore could
not be completed. it only allows me to restore till after i had installed AVG
and I'm still getting the BSOD
