Sample Outlook data file

I am looking for a sample Outlook 2007 data (pst) file that is pre populated
with dummy data (like the Contoso company MS uses). I am teaching a class and
cannot use a "live" pst file as that contains priveleged information and
would be a violation of privacy rules. I need to find one that has fake data
to work with during the class.

If anyone knows of where I could obtain this file, please let me know.

Thank you

For the evening it takes Googling around trying to find something you want
and doesn't contain infected e-mails, you could build one yourself. Just
create temporary e-mail accounts, like at Hotmail and Gmail, and send
yourself a ton of e-mails from one to the other (so the Received headers
show the originator is from a different domain). Then go define some tasks,
appointments, calendar events, and notes. Then delete or close the Hotmail
and Gmail accounts so no student getting that .pst file could use or abuse
those accounts. To make sure they don't get in, be sure to use the webmail
interface to those e-mail account to change their login passwords to some
long password (as long as they allow) full of alphanumeric and
non-alphanumeric characters that even you won't remember (just mash and roll
your palm on the keyboard and copy that jumble to paste it into the
confirmation box). Also change the personal info on the account to garbage
strings so no one could use the Forgot Password wizard using guessed data
based on your personal data.
