Same user group different permissions

I have set permission for a group. and put many isers in
this group.

I have selected the permission, for this whole group, to
delete records in a form.

Problem: some users from this group are allowed to delete
and some can't? I hvae not set any permissions for indv
users just the group.

ensure that users who are able to delete records do not
belog to someother groups which have permission to delete
records
