same problem w/ XP Home

I am having the same issue but using XP home. Everything was fine
until last week. I have tried the newest version of CWShredder, the
msconfig recommendation. When I use my Remote Access client for work,
I am able to get IE 6 to come up normal but without this i cannot
bring up a web page either. Any help is appreciated,
