same problem as Nikita's post from the 18th

i'm having the same error message "object can not be found" when attempting
to send or retrieve email from outlook.

Here's my scenario: New Dell computer. Four users. Two users have
actively used the manufactor installed Outlook Express. Two users never
activated OE. Bought Outlook and installed. The two users who used OE
cannot download or retrieve email - error message. The two users who never
used OE, Outlook works fine - no error message.

What's the deal? Please help!
