I have tried the same access as Anks and got the same responce

this is not a chat room is it -- I am having problems with email -- so far
this post stuff looks quite useless -- what is total care from HP?
 
Your case is different.
I see you posted with a Live email address. Is that your only
email address? Free Hotmail and Live accounts have webmail
access only, no POP access. Windows Mail handles POP mail
but not webmail.

The newer Windows Live Mail program does accommodate
Hotmail and Live accounts. I recommend you download and
install it: http://get.live.com/wlmail/overview
