I can't get any tasks to schedule. I'm trying to schedule
my virus scan and I get the same error, with slightly
different wording.

General page initialization failed.
The specific error is:
0x8009000f: Object already exists.

Does anyone know where this thing thinks it exists? I
can't find anything anywhere to fix this and meantime, my
virus scan will only run manually.

Try setting your AV to scan automatically from the AV program itself.. Whatever
program it is. You failed to mention what AV program you are using.
