task scheduler error

when i schedule a new task and press the final "Finish"
button i receive this error "The specific error is:
0x8009000f: Object already exists"
when i begin there are no tasks listed

Do a have file in the following path?? Note that you should change the drive
letter
if you have OS installed in different drive.

Make sure you have option of showing hidden files/ operating files turned on
under
explorer->Tools->Folder options.

"C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application
Data\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\S-1-5-18\d42cc0c3858a58db2db37658219e6400_xxxx"

If it is present, delete the file, delete all your existing tasks and
reboot the computer.
Then create a new task with valid user name and password and see if it
works.
