Same email account, different computers.

So we've just bought a new computer and a new laptop and both run on Vista
Home Premium. We've been trying to set up Mail as the email account on both
computers but only the computer receives the emails. How can we get them to
synchronise so they both receive new emails?

On both machines set the mail account to leave a copy on the server.

By default, whichever computer downloads mail first will make it
unavailable for the other one. To change that default:
Tools, Accounts, select the account, Properties, Advanced,
enable "Leave a copy of messages on server." Also select one
of the two associated 'remove' options.
Do this on both computers.
