Has anyone ever gotten Win2000 Advanced Server to work when Samba is the PDC? We currently have NT4 and Samba working together, but I was wondering if this is possible in Win2000 Advanced Server?
If Samba is the PDC, the domain isn't a Win2000 domain, it is a Samba emulated
NT4 domain. If you have W2K member servers as part of the domain, it won't
change the fact that it is an NT4 domain. However the 2K members should work
fine in an NT4 (or emulated NT4) domain. Obviously, this is something you
should be able to test out pretty quickly in your test environment.
