sage accounts recover fr floppy

Hi.
My friend has just bought an XP Home pc.
He has been running sage accounts on a windows 98 pc.
We backed up his work on a floppy disc from his old pc, installed sage
accounts on his new pc, restored saved files from backup (floppy)....which it
did fine.
Once it had read the disc and loaded the info, it asked for a password......
As far a he can remember there was not a password for any of his backups.
Does anyone know if sage has a default password that would work or if there
is a way that I could recover/ findout what his password is.?
Many many thanks for your help.

It might be faster if you were to contact Sage support for this.
