In the rare instance I need to restart into safe mode I
am given 2 log-on options 1. The Administrator 2. The
Primary User with administartive priveleges selected
during installation of Windows XP Pro... I know the
passwords to the Primary User and all other Limited
Access Users; as I set them up myself but I do not know
the password for the Administator User I need help to
either remove or reset this password so that I may enter
my own password and write it down for an future use to
correct future problems with the Primary User with
administrative priveleges

If this is Home Edition, the default Administrator account's password is
blank.

Log in under the account that has adminstrator priviledges.

1. Go to Start | Run and type in: control userpasswords2 | Ok.

Then change the password for the administrator account.
