Safe Mode

I seem to have got a virus (I-Worm/Swen.A) and to get rid
of it i need to start my computer in safe mode and i do
not know how to do this. Can anybody help me please.

Hi John,

Hit F8 as the system first loads to access the boot menu, immediately after
the initial POST and before WinXP displays the loading screen. Swen worm
