safe mode

hi csn any one help me my comp will only let me log on in safe mode with
network i have tried all the other options but wont log on and i am
restricted to what i can do in safe mode cant even get printer to work i am
not very good with comp so any help at all will be appretiated thanks jo
sorry about caps didnt know you couldnt use them
 
In Safe Mode you can use System Restore to restore your computer to a point
before the problem started.
 
Hi i have done this gone back a few times still wont let me log in any way
except safe mode.
 
Unless you can provide any clues that might help someone actually diagnose
your problem, the only options remaining to you are:

1) Bring your computer to a professional technician
2) Seek help from the computer manufacturer
3) Erase your hard disk and start over.
 
Hi just went to log on and thats what came up i have no idea why how would i
do that to the hard drive i have not got much on that i need to keep so that
might work Thanks Jo
