What has been the experience with Apple's Safari browser?
Anybody care to comment. Is it fully compatible with Windows XP?

In my experience - it's slow on a Windows XP system... Takes a long time to
do just about anything.

I tried it. It worked...but I found nothing special about it.
Recently a *major* security flaw was uncovered in it...
so I uninstalled it. Don't know if the flaw was patched yet...
nor do I care.

I tried it once and didn't like it at all. My personal favorite
browser is Maxthon 2, which runs as a shell on top of IE.

Same here, ran it, it works, nothing to write home about. Got rid of
it. I like Firefox better.

Thanks guys...sounds like nobody was impressed with Safari. I
will leave it be for the time being until Apple upgrades and it
makes the grade.

Actually i use neither Safari or IE7 i prefer Firefox- much quicker and more
reliable than either of those!
