Russian alphabet

Hi: How do I install Cyrillic (Russian) alphabet on my
keyboard so I can switch from English to Cyrillic & vice
versa Keyboard settings in Control Panel in Windows XP on
my PC excludes reference to regional alphabets. Also, my
XP manuals don't address this. Please reply to me at

Please, see step-by-step instruction in the
"Russian Keyboard" section of my site. It also includes
the instruction (if needed) for so called phonetic layout:
'A'-'A', 'O'-'O', 'K'-'K'
because Windows offers only standard layout shown here:
