runtime.exe/svhost.exe using to much memory!

Runtime.exe and Svhost.exe are using all of my cpu for some reason, and causing my computer to lag. If anyone has any idea how this could be fixed please let me know. I am detecting they are overacting by looking at task manager, but I have no clue what to do!

Run virus scan.

The "real" file should be "svchost.exe" NOT "svhost.exe" (missing the letter
"c")

"svhost.exe" is a known virus.
And I bet "Runtime.exe" is another virus too.
