Runtime Error

I get a box with Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime library in
the title then runtime error and the gives the internet
explorer adress and then at the bottom it says abnormal
program termination (if a pic would help i can get one)
and when i click ok it shuts down internet explorer and
this happend mostly when i log into hotmail.
