runtime error

hi there please can you help???
when switching user and signing in to my settings, i keep getting a message
coming up saying runtime error c:\programe files\internet
explorer\iexplore.exe
so i cant use internet and have to restart pc. can any one help please!!!!!!
 
Scan your system with latest versions of Spybot,Search and
Destroy,CWShredder as well as with Adaware.Run all of them in Safe mode.
