I have the same problem that Joseph has. My husband and son can use their
personal sites, but I cannot get on the internet because I always get the
runtime error message. I have tried system restore and at first it worked
but then it no longer corrected the problem. I need help. Please.

Donny Broom's answerresolved my problem. Just eliminating the Google Bar
corrected the problem. Thank you a million. I have been struggling with
this problem for a week.
