Runtime Error!

Could some one please help me! Over the weekend I started
getting alot more pop ups, and when I'd close them the
following message box would appear :

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error!
Program: C:\PROGRA~1\COMMON~1\tsa\ts.exe

abnormal program termination

Ran my Norton's Anti Virus (none), and used Spybot to
clean system. Runtime error still comes up when I close
pop up. Any suggestions?? Thanks to any response.
