I understand that Internet explorer displays the error related to Microsoft
Visual C++ and causes abnormal program termination.
There are many different causes of this error. The most likely cause is a
plug-in or other add-in to Internet Explorer that is not functioning
correctly.
Please try these steps to resolve the error message:
Solution 1: Disable loading third party web extensions
1. Close all instances of Internet Explorer, click Start, and then click
Control Panel.
2. Double-click Internet Options.
3. Click the Advanced tab.
4. Under Browsing, click to clear the "Enable third-party browser
extensions (requires restart)" check box.
5. Restart Internet Explorer.
Solution 2:
1. Go into add/remove programs and remove programs that are Internet
Explorer related. Some common problem causers are gohip.com, Netscape
tune-up, and Common Name Toolbar.
2. If that does not correct the problem, remove all items from the
"downloaded program files" folder.
3. If that fails, open Internet Explorer, go to "view" and then
"toolbars". Determine if there are any non native toolbars and remove from
add/remove programs if there are.
4. Update to the newest version of IE or run a repair. Occasionally
corrupted Internet Explorer components can cause this problem.
